Craig Escamilla, CEO of CAE Solutions, LLC will present a workshop titled Motivating Across Generations in Today's Workplace.

This presentation provides an overview of theories of motivation for the 21st century workforce. It discusses expectancy theory and concepts from the book “Drive”. The presentation goes on to analyze the five generations in today’s workplace, connecting their preferences to motivation concepts to assist managers in unifying each generation more effectively.

Participants will take away the following:  Observe the change in 21st century motivation; Contrast different generations’ workplace preferences; and, Connect motivation concepts with generational workplace preferences, 4. Develop tools to apply motivation concepts to generational workplace preferences.
